Southcoast Homesearch - Fee Structure & Payment Terms

Start of the Agreement

Acknowledgement of Instruction will be when the Registration Form has been signed, returned and the Registration Fee is paid.

Registration Fee

£500 prior to starting our search for purchase properties and £400 for rental properties.

Instruction Period: 3 months (subject to Terms and Conditions available upon request).

Success Fee

1½% of agreed purchase price - or 15% of the total amount saved from the asking price after negotiations on your behalf on a property, whichever is the greater. (minimum Fee of £2,000)

Payment

Payment of the final fees shall be made in full on exchange of contracts for the purchase of a property.
